Default Stress may prompt women to eat

I found that stress does cause me to overeat.. In the past.

I handle stress better so. So stress is not a factor to me in overeating any
longer. But it was a good article.

The gymnastics one also was interesting. I read a great article last night
about body image, and it helped alot. Can't find the site now, wish I could.

Why the concern on sharing articles for women and eating.. and low carbing..
etc. Iggy?

You just care about us? Trying to help us? Or just found it all interesting to
share?
