Default Two Months

Both my wife and I have been on the diet for just over two months. We both
have lost about 20 lbs, and we feel great. My blood pressure is down 20
points (with meds) to normal, and my finger joint pain went away. Will do
blood work next month. I will probably loose about 10-15 lbs more, and my
wife, well, she won't let me see her on the scale, so I don't know how much
she will loose. Anyway, I can't wait for the final result. Its been years
of diet frustration. Thanks Dr Atkins.

Don't assume you will have the same rate of loss as that leads to
disappointment!

Realistically, you might lose 6 pounds next month which is great! :-)
