Eating unsaturated fat helps prevent gallstones

Outside of butter and certain plant oils, meat has the highest saturated fat content at around 50 percent.. It varies some depending on the cut of meat, how it's raised, etc. Grass fed beef is healthier because of the higher levels of CLA (same reason that game is healthier). Meat, eggs, and dairy products probably add the majority of saturated fat to the American diet, given most people aren't going to down a quart of coconut oil (or a stick of butter for that matter).
