Default 30 pounds down!!!

Hola,

This morning as I stood on my scale I got a very nice
surprise: I am 235!! I still have a long way to go but to
lose 30 pounds feel awesome. On Feb 10 it's my 4 months
Atkinsversary, so I feel that I am right on track.

As I progress with my OWL, I am incorporating other foods
to my diet and just checking their effects. I can have a
high carb item per week (rice, pasta, or oatmeal) with no
consequences. The trick is to keep the high carb food a side on my dish not the main course. Breakfast is getting
more colorful with the addition of all kinds of berries and melon. I just keep testing what works for me.

Well, thanks for reading and happy low carbing to you all!

Very nice progress, Yazaira! Keep up the good work! I am
enjoying the addition of a little fruit immensely. I was
interested in eating food of every hue before I started this WOE,
and now I can. Have to make something that incorporates
blueberries though--maybe I will this afternoon.
