Default Bisquick alternative?

I used to make a mock spinach Quiche that hubby loved but of course that's
gone now. Is there a low carb substitute for Bisquick that tastes any good?
TIA

i love Bob's Red Mill products, and they're much cheaper than the big "low
carb" name brands.

he even has a quiche crust recipe:

Ok this is going to sound wierd unless you guys are familiar with this
recipe.

Low carb pizza, quiche or anything else that needs a crust.....

Take chicken breasts and pound the S^#t out of them, place them in a pan and
bake it in the oven , it will get crunchy and act like a crust. Not a
traditional one, but one that you can eat and not feel guilty about.

I wonder if that company that was going to make tortillas out of processed
chicken is still around. Flaquitas or something I think they were called...

I make a very nice cranberry nut bread with that. I spread it with cream
cheese sweetened with Splenda and wonder why I thought I'd be missing
anything while lowering my carbs.

Quiches work fine in a buttered or non-stick sprayed casserole dish
without a crust.

Default Bisquick alternative?

I haven't seen the product mentioned below in Canada, but I've got a can of
Atkins Bake Mix so decided to try an experiment. I took one of my
favourite Bisquick recipes (Buttermilk Corn Bread) and altered it by using
2/3 Atkins Bake mix and 1/3 vital wheat gluten for the cup of Bisquick it
called for. I then replaced the cornmeal with almond flour and the sugar
with 1 cup Splenda.
The texture turned out almost as nice as the original, much better than any
of the LC cornbread mixes I've bought! My version has 4.5g net carbs
compared to 26g for the original.

Here's the original Bisquick recipe:

I have used crushed pork rinds at times but you are correct no need for a
crust. In fact 95% of the time I take a biscuit free quiche to Sunday
School they love it
