Uh, when did I say that it would? I'm going on the FAT FAST, and I assume
that through eating so little, I won't be getting everything that my body
requires. Thus I simply asked which supplements would benefit the fast.

the fat fast isn't what you need either. it's unlikely that you're
metabolically resistant, you just need to tweak your diet.
