Default ice cream question

I was trying to find low carb ice cream but all I found was Ben and Jerrys
and on the lid it said 2 grams of carbs from sugar......but on the side of
the container it says 7 grams of carbs per serving. I am confused, which is
it?

I doubt that sugar is the only ingredient in ice cream that contains carbs.

Are you trying to lose weight, or not?

Not all carbs are sugars. Some are starches, and while not
technically carbs, sugar alcohols are counted as carbs on labelling.

Fiber is also technically a carb, but can be subtracted because humans
can't digest fiber to use it as a carb (cows and goats can).

Where do you live? There are so many LC ice creams out there now. I have
2 huge supermarkets across the street from each other. One has about 6
different LC ice creams the other store has none!

If you eat a couple tablespoons, or a small Italian-size scoop, as
dessert, you can eat ice cream and lose weight. I did.

If you eat the whole pint, as some people without self-control (verbal
or otherwise) might do, of course you won't.

Eat great food that makes you feel good and lose weight.

Obviously 5 carbs came from something other than sugar or fiber.
