Default Idea, Thanks Bob (this one)

I wonder if a restaurant would pay to have someone do nutritional analysis
on what they serve -- she said with her finger scratching her head. Some of
the health food places might, but I don't know if a regular restaurant would
consider it viable information. Having said that however, customer service
is important these days and if people want to start to know the nutritional
value of what they are eating it may be beneficial. Basics info could be
included right along side the food item on the menu.

Regards,
Gunn

There are many labs that already are set up to do just that; real
analyses, I mean. Otherwise, Fitday or MasterCook will do the job just
fine. I expect that there would be restaurants that would like the
service if it weren't too expensive.
