Default Rejuvenation/Detoxification Coaching Needed

I'm in good health, but I keep hearing that things could be so much
better. I know that I should be eating better, getting rid of the
accumulated toxins in my body, and doing things to decrease the amount
of stress in my life, but I don't know where to start. I bought a
copy of Helene Silver's book called "Rejuvenate" and the program
sounds wonderful, but I'm confused about exactly where to start. I
went to her website: http://www.helenesilver.com and it's packed with
information and encouragement, but again, I just don't know what to do
first.

It says on her site that she does coaching in holistic health and
healing, but I feel dumb telling her that I can't get started and I am
reluctant to talk about my bad habits with a stranger. Has anyone
here gone though Helene's Rejuvenation or Coaching programs? How did
it work for you and more importantly, what got you to take the plunge?
What suggestions do you have for getting motivated to begin any
health improvement plan? -- Steve

The idea of accumulating toxins is a myth according to everything
I've seen posted here. I'm sorry you wasted your money on the book.
If you are working out regularly and eating a variety of high-fiber
low fat food you can't improve much on that, as long as your
workouts include aerobics.

Don't believe everything you hear - who says things could be better?

You don't need to take any explicit action to "rid your body of
accumulated toxins", you were (probably) born with excellent builtin
equipment for that (liver, kidneys, gut) - all you need do is look after
that equipment by eating well, drinking plenty of water, and getting
sensible amounts of execise.

Easy really... who needs payware websites?

This is modern day snake oil. Beware!!!!

The only good thing I can say is that it makes you more aware of your
bodys life system.

Drink more water.
