Sounds like an interesting spread, I've never heard of it before. I usually
try to check out the new stuff at the grocery store, but lately there hasn't
been any that I am interested in trying. I usually stick with Becel's
lowest fat margarine at 25 cals/2.6g fat per 2 tsp. (1 point per serving).
I don't use any spreads on sandwiches, other than mustards.

It is the spread I use instead of butter, it is Brummel and brown spread
made with yogurt and is pretty decent for one point per TBS. Lee

What's brummel spread? I like toast with pb, but have never tried

raisins
on it.

My new snack discovery is, 1 slice toast,1/2 TBS. brummel spread, 1/2

TBS.
pb and 2 TBS. raisins, toast bread, put on spread, pb and sprinkle

raisins,
3 points and totally yummy, Lee

I've tried it, can't stand it. Peanut butter and chocolate on the
other hand ;-)

The choc chips are soft so that when you spread it they mix in with
the pb. Yum, totally divine, especially on toast. drool ;-)

I think I would be NOT having
it in the house either, I have enough trouble with peanut butter all by
itself! Come to think of it I haven't eaten any pb for weeks, don't seem to
be interested in it lately I suppose.

I've gone nuts on the pb lately. Hopefully I've gotten it out of my
system for a few months.

I did this a few months back. Couldn't get enough pb for some reason.
Haven't had any cravings for it lately.

This is very nice for toast and for pb and j. It does not hold up at all
well during cooking but the actual flavor while not as good as real butter,
stopping to wipe up drool, is better than most margarines. I cant remember
the cal/fat but is one point per TBS. we first got it at a fancy upscale
grocery but have seen it in Wal-mart and other middle range stores as well,
seems like DH says it is usually at the end of the spreads/butter things.

I'll keep watching for it. We don't have any Wal-Marts here that carry
grocery type items, so that's out. I think the nearest one is Victoria and
that's two ferry rides away. Not doing that for a tub of Brummel! There
are some fancy upscale groceries in Vancouver. We'll be there tomorrow, so
will check them out.
