You're still doing swell Lesanne. Good to know you're happy, and
healthy now again, I assume. Have you resumed all your pre-cold activities? On Sat, 03 Apr 2004 15:53:50 GMT, "Lesanne" wrote: I am on top again at 159.2. Still at goal though, and happy!! Lesanne 365/159.2/159 Linda P 232/153/WW goal 145 joined WW Online 22-Feb-2003 |

Saturday weigh in from just over the north contingent
I lowered it because I found I felt very complacent about being the 5 or so
pounds under that I was, and I got to worrying that I might drift back up closer to the 164. It IS motivating me, because on days that I am 160 on my scale I really find it Critical to buckle down. "Fred" wrote in message ... Hey, I was on top today - the top of the world. Well, you are maintaining well. And I still admire your guts in lowering your goal. I was talking about that on the way home from the hike. I don't want to tempt fate and figure if I really want to get lower, I should be able to do it without lowering my recorded goal weight???? Good luck this week On Sat, 03 Apr 2004 15:53:50 GMT, "Lesanne" wrote: I am on top again at 159.2. Still at goal though, and happy!! Lesanne 365/159.2/159 |

Yes! Got my 6 days of exercise this past week, and I think the little blip
up in weight (1 pound) was from the water in the weightlifting muscles. I feel Great again. "Prairie Roots" wrote in message ... You're still doing swell Lesanne. Great strategy for keeping on goal.
