Low-carb Foods

Although not a direct comparison to carb counts, the following lists
indicate the lowest carb through highest carb foods.

Eat to Your Heart's Content!

These foods have effectively no or trace carb counts.
If you are trying to keep your daily carbs below 20 grams,
you should not proceed beyond this list!

a.. Beef (any cut, including steaks, roasts, and ground beef)
b.. Veal
c.. Pork (including bacon, ham, pork chops, pork roasts, ribs)
d.. Fish (including canned salmon and tuna
e.. Poultry (including chicken, turkey, duck, goose, Cornish Game
Hens)
f.. Pork Rinds

a.. Eggs
b.. Butter and margerine
c.. Oils (including olive oil, canola oil, corn oil, etc)
d.. Herbs and Spices
e.. Vinegar
f.. Tabasco Sauce
g.. Mayonnaise
h.. AS (Artificial Sugar Substitutes such as Equal, Splenda, Stevia,
cyclamates, saccharine)
i.. Diet (no sugar) sodas
j.. Sugar-free Jello
k.. Unflavoured Gelatin
l.. Soy Sauce

a.. Leafy greens (like iceberg, butter or romaine lettuce)
b.. Green Onions
c.. Radishes
d.. Celery
e.. Cucumber
f.. Peppers
g.. Mushrooms
h.. Zucchini
i.. Cabbage
j.. Spinach
k.. Cauliflower
l.. Broccoli
m.. Brussels Sprouts
n.. Green Beans
o.. Avocados
