who knows?
Thank you for your reply's.
I tend to side with Glen after some thought, I do remember how hungry i USED to be at 10:30am after eating cereal at 8am. So anyway this morning I had half an avocado, i'll alternate with eggs as I'm not to comfortable with too many eggs in my diet on a year on year basis. |

I'd nix the cereal thing. I was doing oatmeal before Atkins and getting fat. I'm also one of those that can skip breakfast and not overeat during the rest of the day. But recently, I've started the day off with a half bottle of Miller Ultra and 2 ounces of mixed nuts - walnuts, peanuts and almonds. Works for me. PJ |
