Default who knows?

Thank you for your reply's.

I tend to side with Glen after some thought, I do remember how hungry i USED
to be at 10:30am after eating cereal at 8am.

So anyway this morning I had half an avocado, i'll alternate with eggs as
I'm not to comfortable with too many eggs in my diet on a year on year
basis.

I'm with both of these guys. I'd nix the cereal thing. I was doing
oatmeal before Atkins and getting fat. I'm also one of those that
can skip breakfast and not overeat during the rest of the day.

But recently, I've started the day off with a half bottle of Miller
Ultra and 2 ounces of mixed nuts - walnuts, peanuts and almonds.
Works for me.

I'm sat here assuming that in reality my weight loss has been due to a =

huge
reduction in calories rather than any Atkins science?

Correct on the first account, but the terms "Atkins" and "science" are
as synonymous as "pig" and "Mt. Everest".

But even less to do with each other than 2PoundDiet and Mt. Everest.=20
Ask Mu_ssels about the science behind his fatuous diet. See what you get.=
