Default cholesterol results

Woohoo..
3 years Low carbing (ok, not so low the past year, but i'm working on it).
Had a blood workup.
Total - 186
HDL - 58
LDL - 110
Tri - 92

The LDL is a little high, acoording to strict interpretation of ATP-III, but
the HDL is rockin'!!

When I started LC, total was 240...6 montsh later, total was 200. Never
took statins or other chol. meds. Anyone else notice a trend?

Your TG/HDL ratio is good too.
(1=ideal; 2=good)

WTG!! That is wonderful news.

MY LDL was 130..GULP, but my HDL was 61.My triglycerides were 72, up from
64. I am worried amy LDL is going to be high this next time around due to
me taking diuretics. I hope not.
