Try a mock Danish. This is an old low carb recipe from who knows where)

The night before, mix 3-4 ounces softened (room temp) cream cheese, one egg,
a packet of Splenda or more if you like sweet stuff, a half teaspoon of
vanilla or other extract (lemon is good also), a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
in a heat proof cereal bowl. Nuke (microwave) on high for about a minute and
a half or until the center is set (not liquid). Put some Glad Wrap or other
covering over the bowl and refrigerate until morning. Make yourself some
decaf coffee with cream and Splenda and enjoy your mock Danish.

Check out Keto Crisp cereal at your nutrition store or online at Vitacost.com.
I eat it with strawberries or blueberries and diluted heavy cream. Eating eggs
everyday got to me. I love the crunch of this cereal. Comes in cocoa flavor,
too!

I make a breakfast sandwich using O'So Lo Rolls (3 carbs), a sausage patty,
and slice of cheese. Occasionally, I'll add an egg. Quick, eas, portable
and tasty.

My favorite breakfast is strips of lox (smoked salmon) rolled up with a dab
of cream cheese.

Romaine lettuce leaves, spread with a bit of Mayo, top with crisp
bacon and a thin slice of tomato or 2.
Roll up... BLT without the bread.
