mornings.

The manager is starting the "Power Class" sometime next month and we're
finally getting a Pec Dec so there should be some variety soon

Jennifer

I haven't heard of the "Power Class". What is it?

Beverly

Power class is something that the managers learned at their annual "Curves
Boot Camp" this summer. It's only for those who are physically fit.
Instead of following the tape, the manager announces when to change
stations, adds commands like "double time," and other extras to make the
workout higher intensity at intervals. Sounds fun in theory, hope it works
in practice.

Jennifer
