Default Lost 121lb in 26 weeks

Just thought I would up-date the group on my progress.

40 on 18th december 2004
21st 4lb on Feb 22nd
12st 8lb Sept 1st

I am hoping to be 161lb by my 40th birthday on December 18th this year.
That will make a total loss of 137lb in just under 10 months.

Please advise me how to keep it off :-).

I am happy..

Regards and peace

Jim.

Wow, what a ride! I'm happy for you, but mostly just scared. Are you okay?

Please advise me how to keep it off :-).

Start acting like a slender person. Fix your metabolism. Make some
sustainable life-style changes. Start anywhere. What are you doing
now, please refresh my memory.

I'm convinced that the people who do rapid weight loss still have to go
through ALL the same struggles the people doing slow weight loss do,
they've just got to do it in public while defending the weight loss.
For example, if I weighed 200 pounds one week and ate like a 200 pound
person I'd not lose any weight, but if I weighed 140 pounds and ate like
a 200 pound person I'd gain weight. One way the struggles are
invisible, the other way they're right up front and center. Same work,
same time frame to work it out, just different implementation.

Regards and peace

Regards to you. Stick around, let's figure this out together!

Thanx for your input. Sometimes I feel alone on my quest to a healthier
life. To be totally honest the way I am now and the exercise and food I eat
I could keep up for ever. The only problem with that is that I will be too
light in about 4 months. I am happy with my regime I have attached an Excel
Sheet with a typical week.

Peace.
