Default Lost 3 inches and 5 lbs in 2 weeks

Dec 3, 2003 I started going to a local gym to workout. I
have been working out 6 days a week and taking one
day off each week. I have my own program that I have
developed which includes weight lifting, floor stretches
and aerobic moves, and cardio workout on machines in the
gym.

I have also greatly reduced my carb intake however have
not completely eliminated carb's. In fact I ate out
at Golden Corral last friday night and stuffed myself
and still ended up having lost 5 lbs in the first two
weeks of working out.

I am going to write an ebook soon about the workout program
I have and also include others that I will be giving
free training.

I will also post a picture of what I looked like when I started
at 191.7 lbs and 0ver 30% body fat. This picture and a new
one will be posted on the page as well.

Others who have a simular success story can reply to this post
and share their story with others. Using a high protein
diet and low carb's really does work however you also need
to include a weight program, floor exercises and cardio program
with this eating system.
