Default I blame the sugar...

Hola,

Today I made a couple of pancakes using "Atkins Flour" and I wanted to
made them tasty so I used the Atkins Syrup (or water with color and
some taste)... I just wanted to taste real maple syrup, so I had like
a teaspoon of it... It was awful... Not the pancake but the sugar high
that followed. I got a headache and cravings, I did not like the
feeling.

So I decided to make some scrambled eggs and ham to get rid of the
sudden hunger. While I was preparing the eggs I left the plate close
to the skillet. When I grabbed the plate I did not realize I was
picking it up by the hot side, so I burn my hand! It is just a first
degree burn but it hurts...

See... sugar does not leads to anything good Otherwise, I am doing
great. Hope this story will entertaing you guys... My students are
going to have a ball with this tomorrow because they know how clumsy I
am

Adios a todos,

Yazaira
