Count on it. As an example, you can buy some sugar free syrups for
your coffee, so you know there are carbs in the regualr syrups.

Getting the info can be tough, though, since coffee isn't considered a
food here in the US the labeling isn't required.

I am a coffee broker and sell lots of flavored coffee. There are no carbs - no
sugar - in flavored coffees. However if you add flavoring syrups or flavored
creamers you must read the labels carefully. Sugarfree syrups have no carbs,
but again things change, so read labels!

The original post never made it here. As far as I've seen, flavored
coffee beans typically have no added carbs. But if the OP was referring
to things like Nestle's "International" flavored instant coffees, and
similar products, those have sugar in them.
