Default no-sugar-added sweet relish!

I just saw it yesterday in the supermarket, by Mt. Olive. It's sweetened
with Splenda. I did a quick google, here it is:
http://www.mtolivepickles.com/Company/Press005.html

Now one of my favorite snacks, tuna with mayo and sweet relish, has gone
from about 10 grams of carbs to about 4!

This stuff is great for making tartar sauce for fish too, just mix mayo with
a bit and enjoy. I also make a bit of relish, chopped onion and mustard to
dip my hot dogs in. Yummy and who needs a bun? You can also make thousand
island dressing using mayo, low carb ketchup and sugar free relish, thin
with a bit of Hood's milk or water with a dash of cream, salt and pepper. I
was so glad to find this relish in my regular supermarket. This low carb
craze has been wonderful for us diabetics)

Yeah, but you can get about the same effect by using unsweetened, dill
relish and adding a little splenda or other artificial sweetener of your
choice to the tuna salad along with the mayo and other seasonings. I've been
doing that for years. So people whose markets don't carry the low-carb sweet
relish can still have tuna salads, or other recipes using sweet relish, that
taste like the real thing. That little bit of sweetening does make a big
difference in tuna salad, doesn't it? It just doesn't taste quite right
without it.

response: It is so simple to make large jars of splenda sweetned pickle
relish in your own kitchen that i haven't bother to look if my local
grocery store chains even carries it.
Working on my own splenda sweetned bread & butter pickles now.
