I missed the beginning of this conversation but I looked into that book
before doing Atkins and I think it makes perfect scientific sense if you read it from front to back. I also followed it religiously and lost a little weight before switching to Atkins. The food allowance is too structured in my opinion on the ERFYBT book I am a type 0+ and I just decided that since I am already a meat eater Atkins might be good. (of course I eat plenty of veggies as well) I have often thought of switching to ERFYBT after I get to goal. Not going above my carb limit of course, but adding things like spelt pasta and sweet potato. Who knows, It's been a while since I have read that book. I missed the beginning of this conversation but I looked into that book
before doing Atkins and I think it makes perfect scientific sense if you read it from front to back. I also followed it religiously and lost a little weight before switching to Atkins. I am no scientist of course, nor am I a doctor. I just thought it made sense
that we started out as meat eaters and type O was the starting blood type. (if what they say is correct) The second bloodtype started later and ate grains and veggies primarily, so came blood type A. Then O's and A's started eating both meat and veggies evolving into new blood types. It is just my opinion. It makes sense to me. That does not mean it makes sense to everyone else and I don't know how factual the guys info is so that's all I have to go off of. The only reason I looked into this diet was because we went back home after 5 years and had dinner with a friend who was always overweight and had severe allergy and cholesterol problems. His Doc put him on this diet and all of his allergies went away as well as his cholesterol lowered and he had lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks. Obviously that is not as fast as Atkins, but what is? We all know Atkins is the best. So I tried it and it worked, slowly but surely. But then I kept meeting these people who lost massive amounts on Atkins. I met a girl who asked me to switch to Atkins and we would do it together, so I did and I do not regret it one bit. we may not agree and that's ok.
