An old shirt
WWWWOOOOOWWWWW!
Great job! I need to clean out my closet as well. There are a lot of old me clothes in there gathering dust that I could donate. I literally haven't touched them in years. Melissa in NJ |

An old shirt
"doug lerner" wrote in message ups.com... What I came across when cleaning... http://lerner.net/blog/2007/05/10/an-old-shirt/ doug That's pretty funny. I have a big stack of folded Levi's on the top shelf of my closet. The waist sizes go from the original 46 "stretch", to 44, 42, and to 40. I'll soon be adding the current size 38 that I am wearing as they are beginning to get a little loose and I'll have to shift to size 36. Although I am staying fairly steady at my current weight, my waist is still shrinking ... due to the exercise routine, I think. Bad news is that I also have a big stack of my collection of Harley-Davidson Tee-Shirts ... all size 2XX. I've got them from all over the country plus a couple from overseas. Can't wear them anymore as I swim in them. RCE 260/195/195 |

Add a couple of photos of you wearing them to remind yourself why you can no longer wear the shirts... I've also seen this idea on one of those TV get organized programs. They took pieces of the clothing to make a collage. Framed it up and put it on the wall as a memory item. Takes up a lot less space. I saved one piece of clothing, a pair of pants from when I first started WW. I put them in a zip lock bag to keep them from getting dusty but I need to do something a little more permenant with them. |

I agree that both Kate & Stormmee have great ideas! My mom has made several
quilts for a Marathon Runner in California, using all of the t-shirts he's obtained from all the run's he's done! I think she's made three king size reversable quilts now! Congratulations!
