Recipe Page Updated

I've added the coconut macaroon recipe to my low carb recipe page. The
version I had linked to is no longer on the web but I have gotten permission
from the original author to post my revision of his recipe. This cookie
recipe is truly low carb, low cal, high satisfaction--highly recommended!

I also put my almond or hazelnut cookie recipe on the page. It was posted
here previously.
