If you drink 4 cups of coffee with 1/2 tsp in each cup that does add up to 30 cals and 8g of carbs. If you are on a real limited daily carb allotment, then that is a problem. I am going to start a new thread regarding carbs per day. Curt |

At the local health food store (US) I can buy either the dried stevia leaf or the processed powder. I think in US the powder is not approved as an additive, dunno about the leaf, and neither is approved for import. A correspondent in Australia can't get either form, and some people say one or both forms of stevia are banned in at least some parts of Europe. Some use in Japan, istr.
