Being Canadian, never had one. Heard enough about them though.
Got fat without their help!

When downtown in Las Vegas I saw the best sign hanging in front of a hotel
casino ever.... it read... "DEEP FRIED TWINKIES". You wouldn't think that
anyone could take the most gory, unredeemable food item in history, and
actually make it worse.... or better that is...

You really should try one, before they become collectors' items.
There's ONE left in the vending machine here at work and I was sorely
tempted...you know, I could have it varnished and mounted on the wall
or something. K.

You dont need to varnish a twinkie... the expiration date is expressed in
its "half life"... so it'll be around a lot longer than you and I !!

A piece of sugar and bread is not going to help anyone with health or weight
concerns, no matter what diet they might be on.

Oh. My. Lord. I hate to admit I started salivating here.

My wife is from Georgia and has been known to deep-fry daylilies. Even
she has never encompassed the possibility of deep-frying a Twinkie.
