Restoring Diet Pepsi

A healthy diet is dieting. For those who have ever been overweight, that's pretty much the case. I'm on day 3 of induction, fully intending to get rid of the evil belly fat. Last night I made a doctored up frozen pizza. My wife had about 2/5 of it, and I had the rest of the toppings with NO crust. My goal is to be in primo shape by June. Our album release show should be in early July, and we'll probably do some weekend mini-tour stuff for a few months afterward. I'm GOING TO look more like Iggy Pop than like Meatloaf. Lettuce with lemon and fresh cracked pepper for me Another nice topping is a little bit of freshly fried and crumbled bacon, and some sliced tomato. BLT, no bread. That's good with the pepper as well. Michael --Bryan At Johnny Rocket's, I ordered a low carb Original cheeseburger. It was a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce, there was no bun. It was pretty good. Becca I read this to DH. He waits at the casino sometimes for his dad (instead of going off premises to shop) and there is a Johnny Rocket's there. DH says that he thinks this low carb is great; he'll have one, then he'll go to Ben & Jerry's and on to Starbucks. One right next to the other at Mohegan Sun. :-))) Dee Dee |

Almost everywhere does that, even McDonald's. They have Big & Tastys on their dollar menu here. Becca I read this to DH.
