6-21 report
My usual morning hot cereal...Coffee with cream at about 10...Lunch was a
cashew chicken salad with mandarin oranges and red onions...Vinegar and oil on the side...I make my dressing and stick my fork in it...Dinner was 2-80 calorie tortilla wraps with 2 ounces of non-fat cheese and 4 ounces of salami with mustard...Followed by a WW fudge bar and 1 ounce of wasabi peas...As usual 5 miles in the morning walk and 2 additional miles throughout the day...GG |
