Journaling seems to have helped or moving away from the holidays or
something. Probably going to the movies last night and not being home
to snack!!!! It was an excellent climbing movie: "Touching the Void"

Current Weight: 158 pounds
Loss this week: 2 pounds even

Great loss, fred!
I saw "lost in translation" last Friday, from Sofia Coppola. I loved it!

AHA. There is a small chance my average may come in under that this week.
At least right now it is. And I am journaling, because I want to get to
155. Ahem, 36 points yesterday though. Still that hour of weightlifting
and aerobics might have made me a little snackish.

OH YEAH! Congratulations on the 2 Fred. Now that I can get my self
centered rant slowed down a bit.... ..... GREAT loss.!!

2 pounds even is definitely better than two pounds odd. G Cool
beans!!

Getting past the holidays. And closing in on the end of January.
Daylight is encroaching. Yes.

Thanks, Catherine. I will try and model myself on your ability to
stay with Lifetime for a long, long period.
