Default Starting again

Hi every one well back from lurking and dealing with my medical
issues, I am ready to start again. The dissapointing news is I am up
9.4 kgs from where I left off. The doctors told me to expect a 10 kg
gain so this is not to bad. Heath wise I am fine and allowed to start
exercising again, boy is that exercise hard work after a 6 month
break. Building up slowly. Congrats to all those who have continued
to lose, welcome to those who have joined. Looking forward to being
more active in the group again, missed you guys!

Thanks Beverly, my next check up is on the 21st of dec, every 3
months so it is nice to get the confirmation that everything is behind
me (hopefully) 1 3 month check already done, but I am nervous about
the next. One of the things that really helped me was that I was the
healthiest ever when my health problems started due to my new WOL. No
to get back on track.
