You need to decide on a plan, get the book and then READ it if you want to succeed. I've only done Atkins, so any advice I give is geared toward that, but some people here are on South Beach, Neanderthin, Protein Power, etc., so there are several options available. I'm sure they all have websites. You cna get a LOT of info at http://www.atkins.com. Whichever plan you choose, you'll be AMAZED at how much better you'll feel (once you get past the first week or two)! -- Saffire 205/147/125 - 5'1.5" Atkins since 6/14/03 Progress photo: http://photos.yahoo.com/saffire333 |

To start, you should : 1) Somehow PICK ONE PLAN 2) READ about that plan _BUY A BOOK! Without a poan, you are probably not going to succeed but dabble in dribs and drabs and waste the time of all of the people you beg information and suggestions from. Ultimately, you are responsible for doing the work of learning and achieving. Unless you want to subscribe to one of the commercial eating plans which will cost you a lot of money. Jim |
