Default (Freeze?) Dried Fruit - yummy, fun, lc

A few years ago I found some dried fruit (I think it must be freeze dried,
because it is *really* dry - crispy even) at a distant health food store.
The other day I found it at my local grocery store. There are several
varieties of fruits and vegetables that come in what looks to be a pint
container. The raspberries, for instance, have 17 usable grams of carbs for
the whole container....well, there are a lot of berries in there, so they
are a nice, sweet little snack. It is probably more expensive than frozen,
but also more convenient. I mixed a few in some mascarpone cheese and it
was quite a treat. The company has a website, and they have a store locator
there... http://www.justtomatoes.com

Wow! I sort-of glanced at those at one point but didn't see they
are actually doable. I'm going to have to check them out more
carefully. Thanks for the tip!
