Default southern cooking recipes, tips, vitamin and kitchen product guide

So glad to see that there's some pro-Atkins word in the news again --
it really is a healthy lifestyle when it's done right.

I've been low carbing for several years, pretty happily...........

I put together my favorite recipes, tips, some info about vitamins
together for anyone interested -- here in Texas, chicken fried steak
is a priority, as is fried okra -- I've got low-carb workarounds for
those, plus muffins and cookies and granola.

plus a list of recipes that are good for gifts and potlucks --
hopefully more people will be interested in the low carb lifestyle...
