Default I feel Great, Wegmans, and Robitussin

Ive been on induction for 6 days (or maybe more I dont know! Which is
refreshing since all
other diets Ive been on Ive been obsessed with food!) I feel GREAT! Im
always in deep purple!
I had spinach chicken alfredo for dinner. YUMMY!

Those of you that live near NY,PA,NJ,DE, VA and MD Know of the supmarket
Wegmans.
Well a Wegmans opened near me and despite all the hype Im sorry but Im NOT
impressed!
Its been opened for 6 months now and Ive gone ONLY 2ce! It SUCKS! Perhaps in
the rural areas of Pa
it does well because they dont have as much Gourmet stuff there, but all the
Downingtown Wegmans had was a tiny
4 foot wide area of Low Carb stuff! And they have NO Splenda sweetened stuff
(esp soda)
For a supermkt that says they are cutting edge they sure suck!

Robitussin Sugarfree now reads on box, "No Carbohydrates"

Wegmans has always been low fat oriented. They are slowly climbing on the
low carb bandwagon (very slowly). If you think the selection is sparse now
you should have seen it a year ago. It was virtually nonexistant.

If you are gonna say you are a grand supermarket then be like
THIS ONE:

http://www.junglejims.com/

Im salivating at that one, Im a Supermarket Convenience store JUNKIE!
I gotta stop at every new one I see!
THE silliest name is SICO SERVE!
I love all the register junk, like cool lighters (I dont smoke) and anything
that I can buy that flashes
and is cool!

And about Wegmans?
If you remove the restaurant theatrics then its a crappy supermarket with
NOTHING!

I shop at Wegmans all the time. Then again I stick to eating real food as
much as possible. So as long as it stocks flaxseed, splenda, and Stonyfield
Farms organic yogurt I'm happy.

Stoneyfield Farms with the creamy top is yummy!
Brown Cow has the same creamy top too, but is
sweetened with Maple Syrup and who wants ALL
the flavors violated with the flavor of Maple?
Ive never eaten a low carb pastry or bread.
I dont eat bread to begin with (I eat nothing with
Molds/Fungii-Yeast is Fungii) I gave up sugar and
potatoes 2 yrs ago..
So my dream Lifetime Low Carb diet would consist of meats, cheeses,
veggies, cream, PB, and SF chocolates oh and eggs!
Idont really crave anything, I could stay in induction for a LOOONNGG Time!
The only thing Id add back in small occasional amounts is RICE! Short Grain
Rice
from GOYA! Im a rice girl! So I understand what You mean by Fake Food/Real
Food
BUT I think that the judge of whether a supermarket (OR ANYTHING at all) is
thinking of
its customers and thinking of trends and staying "with it" and current, is
how much new
TIMELY merch is in the stores! I dont care about the wood burning oven I
care about getting my fav merch!
I think My Wegmans is not doing too well.....
There wasnt anyone there hardly!
We have a Whole Foods and a Food Source and PLENTY other gourmet groceries
nearby
Its not THRILLING to shop at a TOO big HYPED up MIRAGE!

Ive been feeling too good to stay home!
Im gonna get a Job and start Flying lessons again soon.
And Im trying to find a charity that Id feel good about
to volunteer for...
Maybe a Teen Girls Self Esteem thing or something!
I grew up not having ANY Self Esteem...But YEARS later
people in school told me they looked up to me and guys told me
that they wanted to ask me out but were afraid Id say no.
I think alot of young girls dont SEE their potential and YEARS
later they then look back and think, "Wow, i wish Id have had the
self esteem I had NOW Id have done alot of things and NOT
gone off with THAT Guy who wasnt right for me"
Im just scared that Ill get too emotionally involved!

Wegmans is all about the hype. My in-laws from Watertown (where there is no
Wegmans) get all giddy when they come to visit because they get to shop at
Wegmans. I'm like, "And?" I guess they like the deli, bakery, and gourmet
selections, but that's not the stuff I shop for, so to me Wegmans is just
another store. It's no better or worse than the other stores in town.

Halleluja!
I agree!
Im NEVER going back!
its 20 miles away and its not worth it.
Even disgusting ACME has a better selection of Merch!
The reason I say ACME is disgusting is that EVERY SINGLE
ACME I have ever been to, has Gross looking green meats
50% of the time (green bones too) and the Deli/Seafood
section has an "off" smell like they never clean the floor or
disinfect anything! PLUS its disconcerting when, I kid you not,
EVERY ACME has one malfunctioning freezer unit! I never buy
meats there.
