Default Black Cherry-Almond Flour Bread

I'm posting in the hopes of getting helpful feedback, on anything from
healthfulness of the ingredients, to changes in proportions, to ...

A. The fiber or protein seems to absord (make not-useful) some of the
Fasweet saccharin (which has the virtue of not including fillers with 'less
than four calories per serving'). So ...?

B. The soft crust is not nearly as tasty as the core. So ...?

C. Would less almond flour (fat) still result in as much craving
satisfaction? Which is my main idea.

D. For those in search of pretty bread loaves, well it doesn't slice well
in the center and it is not some golden brown, just brown brown.

The nn/nn-nn/nn figures are all:

fat/gross carbs - fiber/protein.

Each relevant ingredient is shown with its grams of f/c-f/p.

The bread is 23.6% fiber by dry weight, 15.8% net carbs of the total
calories, almost 50% flaxseed and almond fats by total calories.

HV Black Cherry-Almond Bread (Honeyvillegrains.com Products; BC from
Puritan's Pride)
=======================================
Water: 1.25 cups (probably add later)
Fasweet: 1.25 cup
Black Cherry Concentrate: 1/2 cup = 0/84-0/0
Oil: 3 tbsp = 42/0-0/0
Salt: 2 tsp
Sugar: 3 tbsp = 0/36-0/0
Eggs: 2 = 9/2-0/12
Yeast: 1 packet
HV Almond Flour: 2.0 cup = 224/96-48/96
HV Wheat Protein Isolate: 2.0 cup = 24/16-0/384
HM Flax Seed: 3/4 cup = 30/24-24/18
HV Oat Fiber: 1.75 cup = 0/357-357/0
====

totals: 329/615-429/510 grams

=== 2961/2460-1760/2040 nominal calories
=== 30.7/33.0/27.3 nominal %
=== 2961/936/2040 net calories
=== 49.9/15.8/34.48 net %

Thanks

Subbing some buckwheat for some almond flour might improve the two above? -
just a guess, though, because I can't get cherry concentrate so won't be
trying the recipe.

Buckwheat does nothing to my blood glucose for two days in a row, but if I
eat it on the third, it spikes. It doesn't give me carb cravings.

I 'afforded' it because of a Puritan's Pride 5 for 2 sale.

It does seem a little thinner than the two I'd previously bought at a
(financial-)health(-for shopkeeper-)food store.

ok. Thanks.

That would, of course, kick up the carb percent in addition to the similar
effect of reducing the almond fat.

Yup - but whether that's a problem depends why you're carb controlling.
