Default On caffeine crash... please help

I'm on a bad caffeine crash. I want to get past it and not take as much
as I did today. I feel so sick. Is there anything I can do to speed up
the crash?

How long will it take to get over?

Please help....

Water and aspirin. My DH goes through this about once a year when he
decides it's time to cut back on his caffeine.

I've had this more than once when I've suddenly given up coffee
altogether. In my experience, no pain killers have any effect on the
headache it produces, but it's generally over in a couple of days.

The best way is probably to reduce caffiene intake gradually and allow
your body to adjust slowly.
