Hi,

I read your posts where you say you don't eat after x time (6pm?). What I
want to know is what time you go to bed ? I last eat at 10:00pm ish and I'm
hungry by midnight and starving by 1:00am.

I rarely eat after dinnertime myself. And I NEVER wake up hungry. Maybe
you aren't eating enough calories throughout the day, or you aren't eating
the RIGHT foods to sustain you overnight. Would you care to share a typical
day's food intake?

I rarely eat after dinner. The only exception is, if I'm ravenously hungry,
I'll eat a single piece of bread. That's enough to take the edge off and
allow me to fall asleep.
