I definitely know the stress. It happened when I was down in Tucson
and the doc called and said get dad to the emergency room NOW. Hours
and hours.

And stressing a stressed body with exercise might not be best with you
also coming off a cold (which I got now!!)

Heck, I was soo pooped I lost 12 hours of that nasty ordeal. It was 36

then all day in her room the next day, except for about a 2 hour nap. I
feel So Like Horrible Poo today, I cannot tell you. But I put on my
exercise clothing, then I realized I am still so tired, even after 10 hours
of sleep last night, that I would be So Stupid to do it..... Maybe
tomorrow. Depending upon today. Speaking of depends.... I gotta make a
serious store run. The bedding is in the washer for the second time in 12
hours... I know, too much information. I had fun yukking it up with the
"real" nurses.

Remember - lifetime means a bit up and a bit down and this week is

up.

Current Wt: 157.6
Gain: 0.8

Feeling pretty good with last week's substantial loss, this is great.

Of course, I just discovered Trader Joe's Mini-Meringue in Coconut
flavor and I mean just - out of meeting, to TJ's and found the
meringues. good stuff - like toasted coconut.

Well, after lots of meringues yesterday, last night it was two pickles
at 9pm and no more points. I think the cold (as in sniffles, not
outside temps) has not helped my mood.

It is annoying and may interfere with any ski plans. The weather this
week was perfect. Now the weekend is here and rain is expected. Oh,
well....

Your sentences are getting rather abbreviated.

I have a tendency to eat too much toasted coconut type stuff if it's in the
house, so I don't buy it. At least not now. Maybe IF I EVER get to goal,
I'll buy it once in awhile.
