You can add nuts. I like a couple of tablespoons of slivered almonds
on a salad, for instance. Also, berries such as strawberries or
blueberries are good. I like nto have plain Greek yogurt with
blueberries and Splenda. I also have about 3oz of apple with 1/2 tsp
of cinnamon, 1/2 cup yogurt and Splenda -- heavenly! Apples are pretty
carby, though, so you have to be careful about portions.
