It's just a bump Fred--it'll come back off!! The one thing we need to
remember is EVERYONE goes up and down and few pounds, if we can keep it down
for the most part--as you have done--those ups aren't so bad!!! Hang in
there!!!

If either of you figure out why it's been tougher lately, please let me know! I'm
not horribly off track, but it's definitely been more difficult these days.
Weight up this morning, am guessing water retention as when I slipped into my
shoes to head out the door this morning (my comfy moccasins) I noticed they really
were snug and more difficult to get into than usual. Ahhhh, swollen feet/hands is
generally a good tip off to me that there is something else going on. And yes,
just now I realized my rings are tighter than norm also. sigh But still ...

By the way ... I tried to email you Les, with a goofy question/request for my
daughter - but I received a notification that after several days the email was
cancelled (don't remember the technical reason). I removed the *not* from you
email address ... is there something else I should have done? You can email me
personally at jaw179atearthlinkdotnet

Mmmmmmmmm, sounds good ... kind of like the old dreamsicles maybe? I'll keep my
eyes open, although I STILL have half a package of the cherry ones in the freezer.
I tend to forget they are there (as I scoop out other icecream). sigh

Not to make things worse but I discovered the latest "Slimited
Edition" Skinny Cow sandwich flavor: Orange Creme. It's orange and
vanilla swirled together with vanilla wafers. Haven't opened the
package yet so I can't vouch for the taste. Maybe orange isn't your
thing?

Oh dear. You certainly have a tough time with those meringues. But there are
definitely worse things you could binge on ... like the HUGE bucket of garlic pita
chips my daughter bought for me, that I keep reaching into (I swear the dang
things are reproducing). I got a bad case of the munchies a few minutes ago,
headed for the bucket of meringues that has been sitting on my counter for what
seems like forever. I got sidetracked by a white peach. g

I will work on getting it back down. As I walked to my meeting (from

term and for (I glanced down) my stomach. It is not easy and some
days are trying.

Hard lately? I might attribute it to work. I finished off a triple
chocolate Miss Meringue in two days!!!! Darn that Trader Joes! (G)

Oops. Eh, it's just a number, right? And on a given day. It will swing down
again. Could part of it be from the massive heat your area is currently dealing
with? Or are those cheerios showing up? g

Detouring the kitchen and steering clear of snacks: now where's the
fun in that!

my recollection of dreamsicles is that they were made of orange
sherbet and vanilla ice cream. The skinny cows are made of orange ice
cream. They're called Orange Cream for good reason: very creamy.

We've had a very mild summer, only a couple of days over 90F. At this
moment, it's 71F with a forecast of 64F for the overnight low.
Tomorrow's High/Low is 77F/57F. This time of year is usually very hot
and very humid. We've got the humidity, but thankfully not the heat.
Some evenings have felt September-like. I'm OK with that. It's
November and beyond that get to me.

Actually, I might be willing to try them (G) But I was not much for
the orange creamsicle pops.

At the same time, I won't worry too much as this is also part of
hovering. I was down, I think, two weeks in a row. But I really
would prefer a slightly larger clothing cushion. Winter is almost
here (G) (oh, maybe I should not have mentioned that to someone

from
Minn, particularly, when it is still 80.4F on my front porch)

I really want to see that 157 I saw for a few days months ago, by my
birthday. I will have to do something, maybe weekly meetings might get me
going again.
