Food & Exercise -- 8/3/2005
A more-or-less typical Wednesday, except for my visiit to the blood
donor clinic after work. I've been keeping my calories a little low for the past few days, as I ate a lot last weekend and am planning to indulge a bit for the next several days -- I'm heading down to NC to visit my mom. Food: * 7:30 (home): 30g Great Grains cereal, 30g All Bran Bran Buds, 22g whey protein, 1 cup skim milk * 11:45 (work): sandwich w/ 103g beef tenderloin & 1 tbsp f/f mayo on 2 slices whole grain bread * 3:00 (work, from my supply there): energy bar * 5:00 (blood donor clinic snack): Ritz cracker & peanut butter snack pack * 7:45 (home): turkey burger on sourdough English muffin (we're out of whole wheat :-) ) w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup; 1 ear corn on the cob Totals: 1402 calories, 31g fat (20%), 176g carbs (50%), 111g protein (32%) Exercise: 12:30 -- 3 mile brisk walk {Gym day off.} Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |

9:30 ¾ cup non-fat cottage cheese, ¼ cup non-fat yogurt 10:30 1 med banana 12:00 1 cup vegetable beef soup, ½ club sandwich on wheat bread 3:00 ½ whole wheat bagel, 1 slice low-fat cheese, 4 oz cantaloupe 4:00 1 med peach, ¼ cup air-popped pop-corn (uncooked measurement) w/ 1 teasp. butter 6:30 4 oz spaghetti w/ lean beef meat sauce, 2 cups tossed salad, 2 tbls. fat free dressing 8:00 ¼ cup air-popped pop-corn (uncooked measurement) w/ Molly Mc B Cal: 1405, Fat 26 g (16%), Carbs 245g (66%), Protein 66 g (17%) Exercise/Aerobic activity: 30 min step aerobics w/ increased step height Weight training = off day Heidi 262/195/194 Losing 100lbs. 1 lb. at a time. Start 10/24/04 |
