Default Boy do I feel good!

I just feel so good, there's no reason, but I have to share! I've been
fairly good all week (actually really good, except that I didn't
journal, but I think I kept pretty good track in my head -- as long as
I don't snack!). I only had 1 challenge Thursday evening, but it
wasn't as bad as I thought (catered networking event/ribbon cutting).
They didn't have any sweets/baked goods/pastries, which really helped.
I even held the cheese consumption down, which is saying something.
They do usually have tons of wine and beer at these things, but I find
it easy to abstain because I have to drive home and it *is*
business-related. This one was catered by Two Rows, a local restaurant
that brews its own beers...and I didn't even taste! Actually, I find
lately that I'd rather spend points on wine than beer (I've always
liked wine, but I've had my fair share of beer!).

Anyway, we went to the gym at 6 tonight, I did weights then 30 min of
the interval routine on the PreCor (sp), then we came home, walked the
dog, and showered. I just feel so good! And I saw an ad today for a
place that does half-price sushi on Saturday nights from 11 to 1!!!! I
love sushi. Oh, and I discovered something new to eat. I'm tired of
the flavored store-brand yogurt, so I bought some Stoneyfield low-fat
plain, added some vanilla, chopped a peach into it...heaven!

Thanks for the support from everyone, I'm thinking I'll have some good
news tomorrow. Kate, thanks for the tikka masala recipe! I might add
some more spices next time, though. DH liked it, and that's something.
Could you please post your WW naan recipe? We have a couple but I
don't know the point value (I need o get MasterCook); I don't think
they're that bad though.

Thanks again to everyone, and keep on keeping on!
