Looking for a good over-the-counter appetite suppressant

No. Start an exercise program and make sure to include aerobics for health
and also because in my experience a good aerobic workout suppresses appetite
for at least an hour. Also change how you eat to include more fiber, which
is also filling and reduces LDL as well as keeping you from feeling hungry
longer.
