I really want to cut out this pattern of overeating one day and counting
three. I would like to get back to the pattern of eating moderately every
day that I was on while I was maintaining at 158 or so. I think the reason I
am so hungry these days IS the overeating days. Anyway, I am trying
something different.. eating a bit more than I was on my point counting
days. We shall see.

Good luck. Yes, I recall my lowest was just a bit after making
Lifetime. I'm still doing weekly - it may be what keeps me where I am
- holding.

Blueberries sound fine, I did the same earlier this week and resisted
turning them into blueberry pie!

By the way ... I tried to email you Les, with a goofy question/request for

I haven't seen the coffee skinny cows in a while. It's another of my
favorites. Mostly I see mint and half vanilla/half chocolate packages
and the special editions.

Our stores don't seem to carry any of them. All they have is choc, vanilla,
coffee, choc mint and strawberry shortcake. The strawberry shortcake is what
I get all the time. I also like their chocolate fudge bars but they don't
carry them here either. I'll have to wait until I am home in September for
them.

I think the s'mores might be my favorite of the special flavors.
