Question about heart rate 1-7-04
Hi everyone,
I'm wondering--at Curves they have a board with target heart rate on it. For my age my target rate is 22-25 while working out. This morning because of the snow I did Sweatin to the Oldies 2 and when we did our heart rate for the first time my rate was 28--higher than it would be at Curves. I skipped the next song and brought my heart rate down to 22-25 and was able to keep it there the rest of the tape. The question--should my heart rate have been that high since I'm doing aerobics or do I need to "tone it down" when doing a tape? Any help would be appreciated!! -- Janice 263/252/150 (maybe 130) |
