Default day 2 of being back

I just was thinking, I feel so much better when I am doing well on my diet,
why don't I stick with it all the time? It comes down to one word. Beer.
Summer time seems to be tough not to drink beer on Friday - Sunday. Then
that turns into Thursday - Sunday and so on. I do love beer and the ones I
like are certainly not LC. I like real beers, not A/B's products or the
like. Good micro's. Lancaster, Victory, Stoudts, Allagash and good beers
from Belgium and England. Yum.

Anyway, I am drying out and hope to get through this week without drink,
knowing I have a TdF party to go to on Wednesday which is at a bar.

Just thinking out loud.
Curt

Hey bud, if you can't learn to moderate it, you might have to give it up.
Something to think about. I don't think a love affair with food is a good
idea...

But Wednesday is the time trial up Alpe d'Huez. That's going to be
exciting and could well determine the outcome of Le Tour.

Hey bud,

Bud? Was that a cruel pun?

up. Something to think about. I don't think a love affair with food

Sometimes, if you give up a food or drink completely that you are addicted
to, that addiction just fades away into nothing. You sort of forget about
it. It takes time, but it can happen.

Because you don't have any will power or self discipline.

IOW, you're weak.
