day 2 of being back
I just was thinking, I feel so much better when I am doing well on my diet,
why don't I stick with it all the time? It comes down to one word. Beer. Summer time seems to be tough not to drink beer on Friday - Sunday. Then that turns into Thursday - Sunday and so on. I do love beer and the ones I like are certainly not LC. I like real beers, not A/B's products or the like. Good micro's. Lancaster, Victory, Stoudts, Allagash and good beers from Belgium and England. Yum. Anyway, I am drying out and hope to get through this week without drink, knowing I have a TdF party to go to on Wednesday which is at a bar. Just thinking out loud. Curt |

Was that a cruel pun? if you can't learn to moderate it, you might have to give it up. Something to think about. I don't think a love affair with food is a good idea... Sometimes, if you give up a food or drink completely that you are addicted to, that addiction just fades away into nothing. You sort of forget about it.
