Swiss cheese 3:00 (work -- brought from home): apple 5:30 (driving home): apple 7:30 (home): 2 1/2 chicken w/ sundried tomato sausages; 90g sauteed green beans; 50g sauteed mushrooms 9:00 (home): 1 slice f/f cheese Totals: 1496 calories, 64g fat (39%), 132g carbs (35%), 99g protein (27%) {Lots of sausage today :-) .} Exercise: 7:00 a.m. -- Bench, arms: Bench: 1x10x45; 1x10x65; 1x5x65 fast; 1x3x85; 1x1x105; 1x1x115; 1x1x125; 3x1x135; 1x5x95; 1x5x85 Seated machine shoulder press: 1x5x50; 1x5s70 Standing DB lateral raises: 1x10x10s Standing DB overhead triceps extension, 1 arm at a time: 1x10x12.5s Lying triceps extension w/ DBs, both arms together, immediately followed by standing biceps curls -- all w/ 15 lb.
