Default Well I'm back and on the wagon again

Hi everyone:

I've been bad!! I've been avoiding weight watchers, I've been absent
from this news group, I've been letting my journal go empty, I've been
indulging in extra servings of pizza and I've been letting the exercycle
get rusty. OHHHH the shame!!!!

But it all stops now!! No more hours of mindless TV, I'm back in this
newsgroup and on my cycle. No more eating whatever and however I like
.... I'm gonna write it all down. No more missing meetings just because
I'm afraid I gained or because I don't care.

This NG has a way of getting under a person's skin. Once you've tried
us, it's near impossible to stay away forever! Kind of like a potato
chip!! Glad you're back and starting from where you are.
