Default food scale

I just got the wwers food scale. Love the thing. Aside from the fact
that I cook from a lot of European recipes, which weigh out ingredients,
it is keeping me "kosher!" I weighed all my food for dinner, which was
a favourite menu, and realized I had been eating twice the points I
thought I was. Scary.
Anyway, I think it's worth the $$$$.

Default food scale

I have one of the older models that only weighs the food. Even a basic food
scale is helpful. It really helps keep us honest about the portion sizes we
put on our plate.
