I'm doing Core so my food is limited. For breakfast I have Oatmeal made with
milk, shredded mini wheats with fruit and milk, egg beaters with FF cheese
or a WW smoothie made with milk.

For snacks, I have fruit, yogurt, ricotta cheese sweetened with splenda and
cinnamon or 94% FF popcorn.

BTW, this is a text only newsgroup. Could turn off your background on your
messages please. Some newsreaders can't handle the html and binary
attachments.

So far I am liking Core better than Flex. It is forcing me to eat healthier.
It has eliminated all of the empty points that I used to waste on chips,
pretzals, pria bars and such just because the points needed to be used up
each day. I easily blew through half of my points bwt dinner and evening
snack. Core is not for everyone but so far it is working for me. I still
weigh, measure and journal my food. Habits I learned from being on Flex for
so long. It helps keep my portion sizes under control.

hot oatmeal, with dried fruit if on flex, with splendia and cinnamon if on core, my favorite snack is a cookie called Julia Marie cookies, I found them at meijers, you get 7 for 1 point. they are like the child of nillia wafers and animal crackers with a little bit of gram cracker in the bloodline, Lee
